Payments Investigations Team Leader Ostrava, Czech Republic

Role Purpose:

Reporting to Manager Operations in Ostrava you will be responsible for leading payments investigations team to process tasks within specified time frames and budget, in compliance with customer service group standards and within required controls over the operational risk and cost.

Main responsibilities:

* Review/follow up policies and procedures
* Approve accounting entries
* Release Investigations messages
* Act in strict compliance with respective policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner and with close cooperation with related departments
* Ensure smooth and optimized functioning of the team

Knowledge and experience:

* At least 2 years of experience gained in a bank and with a dept understanding of international payments
* Good people management skills, ability to work under pressure
* Good technical knowledge of banks main operational systems and computer skills
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiations skills in English
